No, you only pay for what we ship.

Your 1st shipment of Lyfelax house slippers will be delivered in a custom designed mailer box. Subsequent shipments will come in a custom stylish shoe bag.

No, you don’t have to be a member to shop our wonderful selection of house slippers.  However, you’ll save $5 off the regular pricing when you subscribe.  We know you’ll love our slipper subscription service.  Try it, you’ll have the option to cancel your subscription anytime.

Yes.  If you cancel a subscription and later decide to resubscribe, you’ll have the option to.  Simply log into your account and click on the resubscribe button.


Yes, ground shipping (5-7 days) is a flat fee of $6.95 on all orders.  

All orders are shipped through USPS.  Shipping is available at a flat rate of $6.95 for ground shipping (5-7 days).

Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are currently experiencing shipping delays which could affect arrival times.

The contiguous United States refers to the lower 48 states in North America, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.  We will soon broaden our shipping areas, please stay tuned.

Subscriptions/One-Time Orders

By logging into your account, you can easily check your order status and manage your subscription.  An account will be created for you at checkout when you subscribe.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. For subscription orders, all recurring charges are determined by your original sign-up date and how frequently you wish to have a new pair of house slippers.

Yes, you’ll get a renewal email 1 week before your renewal date to log into your account and choose a new pair of slippers.  You’ll also get a 2nd remainder the day before your renewal date.  You can also log in and choose to skip the upcoming cycle.

We hope you enjoy what you ordered, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we’ll assist.  We don’t process refunds but will offer an exchange of your choosing. 

No refunds/exchanges on Sale items.  All Sale items are final sale.

If you don’t log into your account and choose a new slipper style before your renewal.  Your credit card will be charged and you’ll be sent a slipper of the same or similar style as your previous order.  We encourage you to skip or cancel your plan anytime to avoid any issues.  Don’t hesitate to Contact Us for assistance.

You can easily skip a cycle under your account page?  Please know that if you decide to skip a cycle but don’t update your account, your credit card will still be charged.

You’ll have the ability to cancel your subscription under your account page.  However, you have other options before deciding to cancel.  You can always downgrade your subscription if you like.  Contact Us to inform us of your new frequency choice.

Slipper Questions

Right now, we carry women US sizes 7-10 and men US sizes 9-12. We will soon widen our selection of slipper sizes. Please, stay tuned.

We only stock medium width slippers at this time, but stay tuned.

All slippers are US sizing.  Our size chart displays US, European, and UK sizing.

Most slippers are machine washable. Fur plush, fleece, and cotton slippers can be machine washed in cold water, gentle cycle, and lay flat to dry. Suede and microfiber slippers can be spot cleaned.

Gift card questions

Your gift card will be sent via email soon after purchase.

Gift cards are redeemable on the website.

There is no expiration date on your gift card.

Yes, the recipient will have the option to reload the gift card from the check balance page.

You will receive an email carbon copy of the gift card.

All slippers are available in whole sizes only.  For half sizes, order the next size up.

Return Policy

We hope you enjoy what you ordered, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order because of size, color, or even style; we’ll gladly exchange your order for another option. 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at to inform us of your request for an exchange.  Customer is responsible for shipping fees and should send the item back to us at 5680 Highway 6 #183, Missouri City, Tx 77459 along with a completed exchange form.  The purchased item must be received within 30 days of the shipment date in a new and unused condition with original/reusable packaging.  

Once we receive your purchased item, we will notify you of receipt and process within 1-3 business days.  We will then cover the new shipping fees and ship out your new item as well as email you your new tracking number.
